Background

It's common for designers to collect artifacts to use for inspiration (at least it is for me), and over the years I have collected business cards, post cards, posters, art, books, and more that mave made a home throughout my apartment. In order to keep track and to create my own personal archive I decided to create an easy to use visualization and inferface. With the project I wanted to practice linking visual variables and data through smooth interactions. Hovering over an artifact should seamlessly reveal and reinforce the type of artifact and location allowing a viewer to learn more about the origins of each item.
